Ethics and sustainability

Our company traditionally produces wedding rings 100% made in Germany in Pforzheim. It includes a high quality requirement, as well as the motivation to keep jobs and expertise in Germany. Our high qualified employees, goldsmiths, jewelers, engravers and metal cutting technicians, guarantee a high standard production of our wedding rings.

Just as sustainable is the handling of the used raw materials. Kühnel wedding rings are made of recycled gold, silver, platinum and palladium, which is supplied by local refineries. Basicly only diamonds are used corresponding to the System of Warrenty or the Kimberley process, origined from non-conflict areas.

Kühnel produces sustainably at the highest quality level. This includes the protection of the environment taking care of wastewater and air purification, compliance with working conditions and high quality standards in production.
